People Friendly Food is our first book. We wrote it after our naturopath suggested it to us. She has a lot of patients with allergies who were having a hard time trying to cook tasty food without a variety of common ingredients. In this book, all the recipes are free of gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. Almost all of the recipes are also free of corn. The recipes are a mix of every day recipes and some gourmet offerings. There are over 100 recipes which include soups and salads, side dishes, main dishes, and lots of baking.
More People Friendly Food is our second book. All of the recipes in it are free of gluten and dairy, and we have two baking chapters this time around - one that is allergy-free (no gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, or nuts) and one that is grain-free and super foods (some recipes include almonds and eggs in this chapter). We again have over 100 recipes which include soups and salads, side dishes, main dishes, and lots of baking.
